I learned and put into practice some things this year that have altered my life.
Writing has taken up a lot of time and energy this past 6 months. When I’m not physically writing or typing I am composing sentences and phrases in my mind.
2014 has been a year of breaking large jobs into smaller, manageable parts, garnering more success.
It has been a year of reflection as well. I’ve spent hours meditating on the wonderful things that have happened this year. Thinking about difficult situations has reminded me of the brevity and challenges of life.
I don’t do New Year’s Resolutions because I haven’t had success with follow through. Completely overhauling my life to line up with a date on a calendar doesn’t seem to work.
My plans and goals for the upcoming months revolve around being more consistent with things I have already implemented, while adding new areas for improvement. There are plenty of things that need work.
I plan to do some type of exercise at least 15 minutes a day.
I also will be working on financial areas as well as trying out some new recipes.
Did you write out goals or areas you will be concentrating on in the the new year?
I would love to hear some of them. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing them in the comment section below you can email them to me. Email Me.
I’d be happy to share them in a future post without using your name.
